Returns and Replacement Policy

Products are subject to return/replacement policy subject to the below guidelines

While every effort is taken to maintain the quality of the product, there may be certain scenarios that are out of our reasonable control

If the product received is damaged, the same may be communicated to the Cradle Care support team within 24 hours of receiving the product

The replacement policy is applicable only if:

    • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
    • The product is not different from what was shipped to you
    • The product is returned in original condition

Consumables and daily products such as baby products are not eligible for refunds. However, the same is applicable for replacement subject to the above conditions.
